Trouble In Voodoo Town

A sudden scream rang out through the brothel. Khloe quickly made her way toward the front to see what was going on. She rounded the corner and looked around, "What's going on here?!" She yelled out looking around for any hint of danger.

Netty was being held by a random guy and leaning against the wall.....was HIM.

"Good evening Ladies." Jori gave a toothy grin, seeing Khloe had just arrived, "A pleasure to meet you again miss green."

"It's you!" Khloe was visibly angry. "Let her go right now! She has nothing to do with this!" Her fists clenched and she stepped closer slowly.

"Uh uh ah." he wagged a finger, "Don't come any closer." he smirked, "I've half a mind to let them drag her out and do as they wish." he said with glee.

"But I come to say." he showed the paper she had dropped, "If you are LOOKING for someone, look RIGHT under your nose... and KEEP important things on you at all time."

Khloe stopped walking forward, "Don't you dare do anything to her!" She yelled at him. She froze when he pulled out the paper she was writing on earlier at the diner. "How did you get that?!" All the notes of her plan and why she came to Voodoo Town was on that sheet of paper.

"What do you want then?" She said with a growl.

"It FELL out of your pocket when you left the fried foods stop." he smirked, "Which I was STANDING right there." he laughed.

Khloe cursed herself for her ignorance and carelessness. How did she not notice him at the diner if he was THAT close.

"I won't say it again...LET. HER. GO. NOW! You very well know I can take out your goons easily!" She said showing no fear.

"But You can't take ME out." he stood straight, "WE found that out." he smirked, hands in his pockets all cocky and arrogant.

"If you count a sucker punch as a victory..." She said obviously not impressed. "That seems pretty pathetic to me."

"I can still beat you with a [pinky finger, miss Green." he smirked, holding up his hand with just the pinky finger, wiggling it to mock her.

"I know you didn't just come here to mock me, now what do you want?" She said crossing her arms and glaring at him.

"I wish to KNOW exactly what you are looking for that you've mentioned on these papers." he said with a grin, "You can tell I'm not normal and I can tell YOU are not normal."

"Let her go and I will tell you all you anything you want to know. That's non-negociable." She said not budging on her terms.

He looked to Frankie, who was the goon he and with him, And Frankie let Netty go who ran behind Khloe.

"Shall we step out for a spell?" he smirked to her.

"Very well." She looked back at Netty and the girls and assured them that they would be safe. She followed Jori and his goon outside and shut the door.

"Ok, I'm all yours. What do you want to know?" She said.

"It said you seeked to find others of your find here........WHY would you think it would be here?" he asked.

"I have many sources around the world. As you said, I am not normal and have lived for a very long time." She said honestly, for now.

He chuckled, "From what I see before me...its a pity you hide your true colours." he smirked.

"Very tasteful. You sucker punch me in the jaw and now you're hitting on me." She shook her head. "Anything else? I have a job to get back to." She said.

"You were looking for me remember, don't brush me off now." he smirked.

"You are top dog around here. I doubt you are going to give me what I want, so why should I bother asking you directly?" She said. "I am surprised you are even here. There must be something you want, so just cut to the chase."

"I will say the way your fought off my men did impress me. Not many can stand up to my men and LIVE...." he snickered, "SO I am CURIOUS of you."

"You're curious? I should think you wanted to kill me after what I did to your men and to you for that matter." She said.

"Nah. I BARELY find anyone so amusing or skilled. My MEN disappointed me. Not you." he said.

"But I'll say this, if you WANT me to 'forget' this place exists, then You'll come along WHEN I want you to. Get it?" he grinned.

Khloe bit her lip. She was in an impossible position. Usually she didn't give a shit about other people that got hurt because of her, but these women were very nice to her and gave her a place to stay and a job. She couldn't just abandon them.

She looked at him with a look of absolute disgust. She had no choice. "Fine. I'll do it..." She said begrudgingly. "But if I find out any one of these girls is harmed, the deal is OFF!" This would give her the opportunity she needed to dig around and see if she could find out anything about her clan members that might still be alive.
