"Delilah!" he came over and rushed over, "Let me look at that." he said, taking her hand gently, checking it over, "Its deep....but i can heal it." he got her finger in his mouth. His tongue was gently moving over it to get it healing, he felt a shiver run through him at the taste of her blood, 'I've fed already! Why am I getting worked up?' he wondered.

Delilah lifted her finger and looked at it before Kaidan approached her. "It's ok...it's just a cut." Her cheeks flushed hard when he put her finger in his mouth. His tongue moved over her finger in an erotic sort of way. It was meant to be innocent, but it made her want to kiss him again. She stared at his lips and bit her own bottom lip and turned her head away to hide her red face. She didn't want to make things anymore awkward between the two of them than it already was.

He let her finger go, "Uh...sorry...Should have warned you." he blushed a little, "Soooooooo Cobbler!" he said, changing the subject trying not to keep it awkward.

The coffee pot dinged signaling that it was ready to further distract from the awkward situation. "I've got this...you can get the coffee ready if you don't mind." She said with a smile and quickly took everyone their cobbler.

"Aww, Natsuki fell asleep. I guess I will have to eat her piece too." She chuckled. "Oh no you don't!" Natsuki opened her eyes not having been fully asleep and grabbed her piece before Delilah had the chance to dig in.

Delilah laughed, "I had a feeling that would wake you up." She handed Roku his piece. "Here you go, Roku. I hope you like sweets."

"ah, sure I'll get the coffee." he repeated and got pouring the water into each cup.

Roku chuckled, "Gentle music tends to put her to sleep, so i'm not surprised." he smiled kissing her forehead, but he got a slight fright when she woke suddenly, but chuckled again.

Natsuki's face lit up when she took a bite of the cobbler. "Oh my god! This is the best cobbler I have ever had! It's amazing." She took another bite.

Delilah was slightly distracted and was looking at her finger which was healed already. She looked up when she heard Natsuki praise her cobbler. "I'm so glad you like it!" She smiled and took a bite of her own. "Mmm, perfect." She said.

Kaidan came in with the coffee and placed it all down, then got a bit with the cobblers slice he had, taking a bite, "MM that is good. WHY are not in baking or cooking?" he asked her.

"Well, I do love to cook and bake but it is not my passion. It is just a hobby. I want to become a computer scientist and help people." She said. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their meal. She took a sip of her coffee and felt it warm her instantly. It was still early in the evening and classes were going to start a bit later the next day.

"I'm glad you all enjoyed it. We'll have to do this again soon." She smiled.

"True enough. But you know you have that option if this doesn't work out for you." Kaidan added, "Just like I would go into music if this doesn't work out for me."

The night went on happily, Roku decided to head back to the dorm to go to study a little before going to bed., he kissed NAtsuki good night and big Delilah good night as well.

Kaidan was packing the guitar away.

Once Natsuki finished seeing Roku off she excused herself and went to her room to turn in for the night. Kaidan and Lilah were left alone in the living room. Lilah was gathering all the dishes and preparing to clean up. She came back to the living room and saw his guitar pick on the floor. She leaned down and picked it up. "You might need this." She said and put her hand out to him.

He looked, "Oh, yeah i do." he smiled, "Thank Delilah." he got it in his pocket, "Thank for the evening. You got class later in the morning?" he asked.

Delilah smiled at him as he took the pick from her hand, "You're welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. And thank you for performing for us. You are very talented." She watched him pack his guitar away and lift up the guitar case. "Yeah. My classes don't begin until later in the afternoon and into the evening. I left my mornings open on some days for any potential gigs." She explained.

"You're welcome." he smiled, "I look forward to more occasions like this." He said.

He perked an eyebrow, "Gigs? What kind of gigs are we talking about?" he asked her. "I know my band and I have a gig in a couple nights time, So I've some practise to do with them soon."

"Yeah my agent usually gets me modeling gigs in the mornings so I can have time to study at night. I don't have anything yet tomorrow morning, so I will probably hang around here until my first class." She walked him to the door and thanked him again.

"If you are alone tomorrow morning, feel free to stop by for coffee." She stood up on her tip toes and kissed his cheek sweetly. "Good night, Kaidan..." She said with a gentle smile.

"OHH yeah, you mentioned the modelling gigs. WOuldn't mind watching that." he chuckled, "But hey, good luck with that alright?" he said. "I've one class around 10 and then one in the evening." he said, "Which i'll be meeting you for the night one i can guess."

"Sure, I'll pop around." he said, "Oh and careful with the knives alright." he smirked, winking at her before leaving.

Delilah chuckled when he mentioned the knives, "Hehe I will. Bye." She waved to him and shut the door behind her. Once the door was closed, she leaned against it and let out a heavy but light sigh. "What am I doing? Flirting with a vampire..." She shook her head and finished cleaning up before going to bed.

The next morning...

Kaidan was able to sleep a bit before waking and having a sort of late breakfast, ROku had other classes so he was already gone. Kaidan got ready by 9:30am and was out of the dorm heading to class, he looked at Delilah's dorm door, pausing for a minute. '........I can't stop thinking about her.....fuck me...' he sighed and walked on.

Delilah woke later that morning after Natsuki had left. She let herself sleep in a little bit and walked out into the main room to find a breakfast plate and a cup of coffee sitting out for her. She smiled knowing Natsuki must have left it for her. Chiko came out of Natsuki's room and joined Delilah for breakfast. She broke off a few pieces of her breakfast sandwich and gave it to him.

"Shh, don't tell Natsuki about this, ok." Chiko meowed with satisfaction after he finished the scraps. Lilah sat at the table and enjoyed her breakfast while checking her phone before she got the day started.

After the first morning class, Kaidan was out by lunch time and was heading the the university cafeteria to grab bite to eat, well another steak sandwich and cola, then got sit under a tree, was more the plan.

Once he did so, he got comfortable and he got looking on his phone. He saw Delilah's number, "..........." he then sent her a message, just to see if she was still free.

Delilah stepped out of the bathroom when she heard her phone ding. "Hmm, must be a text message." She tapped the screen and saw Kaidan's name and his message pop up in her notification section. She smiled and opened his message.

'Yeah, I have a few hours before my next class. Come on by if you want.' She sent back and went into her room to get dressed.

He smiled and got up, eating his sandwich on the way to the dorm again. He got his books back in his dorm quickly and he knocked on her door to let er know he had arrived.

Delilah walked out of her room in a fresh off the shoulder flowy sun dress and her short hair pulled up in high pony tail with her long strands hanging freely. Chiko was sitting on the couch giving himself a bath when his ears perked up from the knock at the door. Delilah went over to the door and unlocked it opening it. She greeted Kaidan with a smile, "Hey Kaidan. Glad you could make it." She left the door open and welcomed him in. "Natsuki is still out. She has classes until later this afternoon."

"Had a feeling, Roku's the same today as well." he said, closing the door. "I had one class this morning, then it the one we both have tonight." he said. "What were you doing all morning?" he asked looking at ht elite get up she had on.

"Nothing much, I slept in a little bit and Natsuki left some breakfast for me. I was just going to relax a bit before class started. I would love to hear you play again if that is ok?" She said taking a seat on the couch. Chiko jumped down from the couch and went over to Kaidan and started rubbing up against his leg. He mewed at him wanting attention.

He looked down and chuckled, petting Chiko, "Oh, I'll need to grab my guitar then. Hold on." he quickly left and grabbed the case and came back in no time at all. He got the guitar out, sitting opposite of her, "Not picky to what I play?" he asked.
