Erebus smirked, "Guess I should have been more rough on you huh?" He teased.

He looked down up at her, "We don't have to have kids. There's a potion where you can take to make sure you don't get any of them till you're ready." he stated sinking into the water more. He sighs as he was enjoying the warmth. being a Dragon Demon he was more into the warmth than the cold. It was the last of his kind as most Dragon species don't last in the winter as it cold could kill them. He looked over and reached for her face, "You worried?" He asked

"..........I was more worried if I had more than two......how I would cope with it....But...I don't know. I never honestly gave children a thought since I was focused on my job." she said, "As I said, I'm not against it. if I get pregnant, I get pregnant." she shrugged.

She went beet red, "Pervert." she splashed water on her shoulder sand ducked under water to get her hair wet, not liking sweat in her hair.

Erebus snickered as he gave her a soft smile. He thought about the missions, "On a serious note... There is a mission that I know I need you prepped for ASAP... The demon lord in the southern region has a Rogue demon that terrorizing his territory. He's hired other demons, but when I told him about you, he desperately asked that you do something." He said as he hated talking business when he was in the bath, but he knew if he didn't he's forget about it.

"The files on the demon are in my office if you want to know more about the rogue demon. Apperently she's a Fox Demon... ruthless... I think a level 11." He said from what he could remember. "He wants you there by like 2 weeks from around now." He said, "can you be ready by than?" he asked.

"Also... would you prefer to keep focusing on the job now before kids or what?" He wondered.

"I can be prepared for that fine." she said, going into business mode, ".....Eastern Kitsune demon?" she asked him. "They are known to be tricksters and have nasty tempers if angered." she said. "...I've dealt with males of the species....but the females are known to be more...sneaky." she added.

"I'll ook at them once I'm done here." she assured him.

"If I am pregnant, than I'll se what I can do. But if I'm not I'll not hesitate in doing this job.............Also what is he giving me in return for dealing with this problem demon?" she asked.

Erebus thought, "At the moment, I figure you can communicate for payment. He wants us to stop by his place at least by next week so he can discuss the details." He stated.

"It's not an Eastern Kitsune Demon... it's Southern... They are worse, to the point where humans have died from them....The way the human have died were more like a scubas style... The demon females will have sex with anyone, male, female, children. The moment they steal this like life energy and kill off the humans. Use the remaining corpse as food" He stated. "The demon lord in the Southern Region wants the "pest" out of the area so he can get back to his trade business that he made a deal with the humans."

He leaned more into the warmth and sat up as he looked at her blue eyes, "keep in Mind... if you die, I die too... Don't die." He stated, "If I sense you in any danger I'll come for you... but ONLY if you really need it... So at least start training to handle an level 11 Demon... have you handle something like that before?" He asked

".....We'll see the southern Lord tomorrow then. I'll look into the information you've brought for me and study through the books I've brought back with me as well." she said, she was in FULL on business mode. "This will be my first Southern Kitsune.....so this will be interesting." she smirked, looking forward to getting back into her hunts.

"I won't die Erebus....I've survived you haven't I?" she grinned at him.

"I've faced level 16 demons and came out with only a couple scratches." she assured him, "But I'll train before I go, as I usually did."

Erebus rolled his eyes as he patted her head as he decided to get out of the Bath. "Barely might I add... Almost broke you leg." He smirked, "Though pretty sure if you took me on in my final demon form, you'd be a little overwhelmed." He smirled.

"Demons go through phases. Similar to what humans go through... I guess... Puberty...?" He said trying to find the right world. "In my Ultimate form, I'm large than my normal Dragon Demon form... My level increases to Level 50 in Human stature. And I'm about 20 food tall in my Final Form." He smirked, "So you haven't seen my final Form darling" he stated as he grabbed a towle and dried his hair, "I only turned that form Once..." He said remembering.

"I was fighting another Demon lord for this territory and this Palace.... He was pretty strong. But even in his final Form he was weak... probably at my current demon form now." he said. He looked as her, "Though I'm pretty sure you'll see that form. No reason to bring that out"

"I still survive." she said.

"No. I wouldn't be able to take you.......alone." she smirked, "We've other ways to deal with humans, besides our physical selves." she said, "But I can't tell you those ways." she said.

".......I see....no wonder you have so much power and land...you fought for every bit of it." she said, "Look, I assure you I'll be prepared and If I need your help I'll keep in touch with your bond to me. I KNOW when i need help." she said, as she got out of the bath as well and got a towel. "I'll get dressed and go look at these papers." she said.

Erebus rolled his eyes as he just got a robe. he waited for her as he had a towel on his head and looked at her. His eyes adjusted their soft ness as he looked at how beautiful she was. He loved her, give her anything she asked. He knew to get her love would take at least a couple thousand years, but he'd get it eventually.

He looked at her, "Holy water guns don't work on all demons." He smirked.

"I've MORE toys to use that just Holy water.....Love." she grinned at him. "Those are mainly to slow down...not kill."

"I've got weapons for MANY situations and kinds of demons.....you just not see them yet." she poked his chest. "......And if you keep staring at me like that it makes it hard to pull away from you." she leaned in and kissed him on the lips.

Erebus smirked as he returned the kiss, "Whatever wench... I was waiting for you to hurray up." he teased as he kissed her forehead. He was still in his robe as he started to open the door and head to his office, "I'll meet you there... you humans take forever." He smirked

She smirked, and traced his chest as he headed to the door, "Depends what I'm getting ready for." she said as she headed out to go get dressed fully.

A bit later...

Kira met Erebus at the study, in other of her practical clothes. "So, let me get a look at what I've been given." she said, looking a the papers on his desk. "..........plenty of written information.....but is there an description of the target demon? They can come in all looks." she asked, looking through each paper, she was a fast reader.

Erebus shook his head, "No, but we have an idea..." He said as he got a photo showing her the picture. "Apperently the female demon is actually a half breed... takes on more human with animalistic forms. She's got pure white hair, yellow/green eyes.usually has 9 tails for a Fox demon." he said as he showed off a picture of a Demon. she had a human hands, feet, and body. The only different for the fox years, the multiple fox tails, and a long flowly dress. "we can get someone to build the equipment today, we'll head the Southern Demon Lord region while they build it and get the payment and what not." He stated as he looked at her. "Do you want to take something on like this? It's been a while since you last took a mission." he said

"Erebus....My last mission was a couple weeks BEFORE I met you. I'm not out of practise." she said, looking over the picture. "I just need to turn myself up with some training and challenge myself. Also If i wasn't up to facing it I would not have accepted it." she added.

"Half breed are unpredictable too.." she sighed, "She could act different to the usually full demon." she said to herself.

Erebus nodded rolled his eyes, "Well sorry for showing I care." He smirked as he nodded with a serious expression. "If anything Half breeds are more trouble some than a typical demon. Just be on your guard. He stated. He looked at her, his red eyes shifted to the paper work, "If this mission is a success, than we can try and do these a little more regular. Kinda hypotricial for a demon sending his huntress to kill other demons..." he stated as looked at her, "I can garuntee that the more work you do as this, the more payment you get. Probably enough to supourt your brother if he can't make ends meet." he stated

"I know you mean well, but I'm NOT totally defenceless..alright?" she pinched his cheek.

"I'm keen to get going with this mission as soon as possible, being cooped up here is kind of drying me crazy...you were correct." she admitted. "I'll run down to the village now with the blueprints. But they'll expect payment for building the items." she said to Erebus.

"Maybe even relocate Dimitri to the town here. So we can be closer." she smiled a the idea.

Erebus roared with Laughter. "Women... do you think I can't pay for things...Come I'll show you." He stated as he got up and left the office.

in the palace deep was another dungeon. He opened the door. Inside was mountains and mountains of jewles, gold, silver, money. The entire dungeon was filled with it. He looked at his Mate, "I'm still a dragon. I horde a lot of gold, jewles and such... I can pay for your equipment to be build." he smirked as he looked at her expression. "If you want to relocate him thats fine. But I don't want him going on these missions with you." He stated with a serious tone.

She blinked and followed him, "I never said you couldn't pay for anything...I'm just used to doing everything myself." she said as she caught up to him.

She flinched at a bright light as the door opened but her eyes widened to the sight in front of her, "Holy shit.........I forgot about that trait about dragons.........." she picked up a necklace of pearls, "All I can say is WOW." she said. She smiled, "Thank you."

"Why wouldn't you want him involved? What if I need another hunter as back up? My broth rid JUST as good a hunter as I am." she said.

Erebus groaned as he really hated showing him his caring side, "Kira..." He groaned feeling a little annoyed with her as he patted her head, "it's not that I don't think he's capable of being a good hunter, or if you needed back you'd go to him. However!" He said with a stern look, "How would your brother feel having to take a mission on from a Demon Lord... Most hunters don't look to demon lords for them, if anything thats the a goal is to get rid of them." he said as he looked at the pearl.

He took the necklace and started to place around her, "You are an exceptions to take this mission. You are my mate. I trust you to complete this... but just think of the situation for him too.... The idea of him having me as his brother in law is a bit.... " He was trying to find the right word, "Hypocritical." he said as he things it's the right one, "A demon hunteress, mated to a Demon lord, still goes out to hunt demons... but the rogue kind and has a brother that also hunts demons but doesn't know which is the good kind of demon or bad." he said trying to map it out in his mind, but thinking he just confused him and her both.

She thought about his words and sighed, "....true..." she sighed, she just didn't want to leave her brother out of her life or lie to Dimitri that she wasn't doing missions yet....but it did feel a little odd now that its a demon lord that handed the mission, but she had accepted already.

She blinked when he got the pearls around her neck, "Oh I didn't-" she looked to the ground, ".....we responded to people who were afraid. It didn't matter if they were or not to us.....but its different now..." she touched the pearls around her neck, "Thank you...you must be cringing for acting so soft." she teased a little.

Erebus smirked, "Yes... It makes me cringe being nice to you." He laughed as h touched her neck gently, noting her bite mark that's healed a little bit, "I don't mind you having your brother over a few times... I know you want him involved, however just let me know that these missions are to not be insulted in anyway." he stated as he narrowed his eyes ,"You both seem really hot headed." as he started. "Also take what you need to pay for your stuff... I don't want it to break within the first 2 two's you use it." he said

She smiled and didn't flinch to his touch much anymore. "Thank you and I will." she said, "He'll want to be involved as much as possible, But he knows My rules in a hunt." she said.

"Oh COME ON, I've never spent much in my life and I don't plan to splurge like some hopeless gold digging harlot." she said to him. She was about to remove the pearls to put them back in the pile.

Erebus raised a brow, "Thats not what I meant, but whatever" as he looked at her, "Those looked nice on you... you didn't have to take them off." He grumbled under his breath as he looked at her, "I never thought you couldn't afford for it... but it's there if you need it. Just let me know how much you'll need and I can HELP pay for it. If you're that stubborn to let your mate pay for things, well thats you're own problem." He stated with a glare as he was getting a little irritated with her Attitude.

he was concerned about her sudden mood changed. He shifted his eyes as he were completely blue as it scented her heat levels. He looked around at her and noticed something odd, 'well shit...' he thought as he shifted his eyes back to their normal, "You can't go on this mission." He stated to her "Wait a few months." He stated with a smirk.

"Thank you but I...just didn't want to seem I was too entitled to EVERYTHING you have....this is your horde, not mine." she said, "I've been raised to be thankful with what you've got. So all these riches...are a bit overwhelming to a me a little. But I'll only take what I need." she said, patting his chest.

"i'm not a leech." she said, "I am plan to save my OWN money again once I get a few more missions going." she assured him.

"HUH!? Why?! We sy You've a mission and now i DON'T!?" she grumbled,

Erebus patted her stomach as he smirked, "yeah well... Shit happens, and if you went on this missions and hurt yourself real bad. I won't want to be held responsible if my unborn child dies." He smirked

He turned away for her to figure out the details. He's sure that she's smart enough.
