She blinked and her eyes widened, and sighed, "You're serious too.......Fuck....I can't do the mission at all now." she said, "I was looking forward to it too....." she was slightly stunned, but, she was eager to do her work again. "What about the southern lord? Won't he be annoyed?"

"......well, I best start looking though my mother's books." she said with a shrug.

Erebus shrugged, "If you want to contact your brother... the demon lord won't care so long as its under my recommendation... "He said As he started to walk away. He was a little happy to be a dad, "Though. If you want to do it. I'm sure it's fine, The demon babes are more on the stronger side, so if you are careful I don't think you'd have a problem if you want to go on the mission." He said looking at her. "But I'd prefer if I was there for you had someone else to have your back." He said

"I'll write a letter today and send it off." she said, ".....I don't know now.....being pregnant to me is not something I would want to do anything rash while I AM." she said. "I'll ask Dimitri's opinion on this as well.....but I know my mother did hunting missions while pregnant with me for the first two months and stopped when he suits didn't close properly."

Erebus nodded, "So than do that..." He said as he looked at her. "Just if your brother does go on this mission... He needs to meet the Southern Demon lord too..." He said.

"Tell him to be on his best behavior... and tell him to TRY and not kill anyone." He grumbled. 'why do I get a feeling I'll regret this decision.' he thought as he looked at her, "No wonder I noticed you glowing." he said with a small smile to her as he touched her face.

"I'll inform him about all the information when he arrives, I don't want to explain through a piece of paper." she said, she tried picturing her brother going to meet another demon lord WILLINGLY and she sighed.

"He'll do as I request of him." she assured Erebus, "She's hot-headed but he's not stupid." She blinked, "I glowed?" she looked herself over, "I don't see anything."

Erebus shook his head as he laughed a bit, "i don't know what you humans call it... but I guess it's something when someone else see that you just look more beautiful than you usually do... Just this... glowing aura around you." He said.

He coughed as he felt sick to his stomach for being nice again, "Ugh... I need to stop... Making me sick to my stomach." He groaned as he started to head up the stairs, "Women I'm hungry again." He stated

"We call is a glow too....but it happens more when your FURTHER along." she chuckled, "Oh bad demon for being NICE to his wife." she teased him, "i'll go an top torturing you now, I'll need tog et that letter written tonight." she got heading up stairs to the main level and to their room to get writing to her brother.'

She did just that and a less than a week later, Dimitri was there in no time at all, "KIRA!! KIRA!" he shouted as he barged into the palace.

Erebus groaned when he herd the hollering of his NEW brother in law, "Pipe Down pipsqueak!!!" he Roared. He was still sleeping, he turned to the window and noticed it was still dark out.

"Go get your brother..." He groaned to his mate, but held her there as he started to sleep again. He noticed that at night when they were in bed, he held her close to him as he slept. he opened one eye as he noticed that she looked tired too. "Can we kick him out for a few more hours." He asked as he groaned moving his hand away as he placed a pillow over his head so he didn't have to her the human male hollering for his sister.

Kira groaned hearing her name shouted, "huh? Oh, I'll go." she got up and went to see him, "Dimitri calm down I'm fine..." she yawned, "Please, I'll explain in the morning..." she was still sleepy.

"But-?!" "NO, i need sleep." she said to her brother sternly.

Erebus was still sleeping a good few hours. He felt Kira come back to bed, He wrapped his arm around her again as he slept a little longer.

He slowly opened his eyes as he noticed she was gone again. He grumbled as he grabbed his robe as he started to head to the kitchen. He could smell food as he opened the kitchen and saw the two. He glared at her Brother as he took a seat as he noticed a dark drink on his side, "What is this...?" He took a wiff and noticed the bitter smell. He raised a brow as he took a sip of the coffee. He noticed a hint of sweetness, but tasted the bitter. "What is this?" He asked curious as he looked at her.

Kira ot her brother to a spare bed room and went on back to bed, sliding back in and nodded back off with Erebus wrapping his arm back around her.

When morning came, Kira woke first and quietly slid out of bed, then headed on to the kitchen to start cooking. When she exited the bedroom, "Hey." her brother came to her door, "Shh, he's sleeping still." she hushed Dimitri.

"I brought coffee." he said with a grin.

"Oh thank heavens you did." she said as they headed to the kitchen. Dimitri helped her prep anything she needed, she hadn't told her brother that she was pregnant yet, wanting to tell him in person.

She brewed the coffee and made a couple cups, not sure if Erebus liked Coffee or not. She cooked up enough to bacon and egg to fee an army, PLENTY of meats while she added garlic mushrooms and wilted spinach to her and Dimitri's plates for verity

She looked tot he kitchen door, "Hey sleepy head." she smiled Erebus, pushing his plate to his seat, "That's coffee, I'm not sure if you like it or not. Its a required taste." she said>

"We drink it in the morning to perk us up." Dimitri said as he drink his coffee.

Erebus blinked as he took another sip. "Meh...." He said as he drank more slowly enjoying the taste.

He looked at his food, he was still tired as he yawned and stretched his arms and started to eat his food. 'did you tell him yet?' he asked her telepathically so her brother wouldn't hear.

He continued to eat, but because he was still half asleep he didn't really rush the food as he enjoyed the taste. he took another sip of this Coffee. He was slowly enjoying it more and more as he took another taste.

He looked over at Dimitri, "What are you doing back here?" He asked him in a grumbled fashion. Usually when he's still half asleep, it wasn't pleasant, but Kira learned that he was still tolerable.

'No. Its not something I would tell in a letter.' she said back in her mind.

She smiled as he continued to drink the dark brew and she made another cup for herself, but only half a cup since she didn't want a hyperactive demon baby in her belly going crazy.

"My SISTER asked me back. Saying something about her continuing being a hunter......which I find VERY Odd that YOU and your kind WISH her to do so when we kill your kind on the regular and without regret." he said simply as he drank his coffee.

"Dimitri I also said we would explain WHY." said Kira with a sigh.

"You're being VERY calm about this Sis....I don't like it." Dimitri said with a frown.

Erebus groaned as he glared at the brat, "You're lucky I don't kill you on the spot brat!" he stated as he said. "But yeah I'm aware that you kill our kind on a regular basis." He stated, but he took another sip of the coffee and slowly calmed down.

'i like this stuff....' he said to her in his mind.

"However...." He laughed as he looked at him with a serious intent, " There are demons here who typically cause more problems verses someone like me" He explained, "He was still half asleep, "Rogue demons that are even more of a pest to us than you humans can think. Probably what you've been killing since they make it known to cause humans problems. Unlike Demon lord who could really care less about humans unless they get something to gain out of it." He said.

He took another sip of his coffee and looked over at her, "You going to explain the mission or what?" he asked her.

"I'de be going down with you having a few scars." Dimitri was not scared of him, "PLUS if I somehow DO get killed under strange circumstances, You would have to EXPLAIN to my sister." he pointed to Kira.

"BOTH of you stop it." she frowned at them.

she looked at Erebus and smiled a bit, 'You're welcome.' she replied to him.

Dimitri just squinted at him and rolled his eyes, not caring much about what he had to say really. Kira sighed, "Just keep an ope Mind Dimitri." said Kira.

"I CAN'T believe I heard that from you." he said to his sister.

"JUST listen. We're being offered to be PAID a good sum of gold to do these missions. Plus, I will need you to relocate to the village at the bottom of the mountain....to be closer to me....and our child." she said looking away.

"Its sounds like a prank to me-.......CHILD?!" he paused rethinking her words.

"YOU'RE PREGNANT!!!!" he was shocked.

Erebus groaned, "God... you brat you're so loud..." He said with a glare. He looked at his cup and saw that it was empty. He gave the cup to kira, "empty." He groaned as he wanted more. 'this shit is addicting... what the hell did you give me?' he asked her mentally.

He smirked when he flipped about the news. he sat back as he noticed she filled his coffee again, 'this should be good' he thought as he enjoyed the seen. He kept his guard up incase her sibling decided to try and kill him for getting his sister pregnant. "Congradulation you're an uncle to a demons spawn." He laughed as he took another sip for this coffee. he finished his meal as he took his plate the sink and just did the dishes she made of mess of. He hated doing chores, thats why he had goblins to do it, "You know... if you keep doing these chores I'd have to fire the goblins if there sitting around doing nothing." He said looking at her.

'Its caffeinated...which is a stimulant. It helps use wake up in the morning for a reason.....and it CAN be addictive.' she said as she poured another cup for him.

"WHY do you give him ANYTHING when he TALKS to you like you're his servant!?" growled Dimitri.

"Dimitri...He's half asleep still." she said, "He doesn't speak much in the morning."

"YOU'RE DEFENDING HIM!?"

"YES! I Am! AND YES I am Pregnant with his Child! YOUR nephew OR niece! STOP trying to get into a fight!" Kira growled at him.

"Kira.....FATHER raised you to be STRONG! Not a SLAVE!" he frowned at his sister.

"Erebus....BE. QUIET." she pronounced, getting really angry when he remarked their child as a SPAWN.

"I'm Your WIFE....I don't MIND doing things from time to TIME......Its PART of me being human." she said, She growled again, "RRRRGGGH!!!! BOTH of you fuckign LEAVE me be!" she walked out of the kitchen.

"Kira wait!" he called out to her as she left but sighed, "........................." he glared at Erebus.

Erebus shrugged as he decided to leave her alone, "You're fault..." he stated simply.

He finished the dishes and looked at him, "Clean you're own shit." He said as he walked out and started to held to the library, but stopped at the kitchen door. "I may be half asleep... But she cares about you. The fact that you can't even treat her and just criticized her for everything she does... That's shitty coming from a sibling.... Especially after taking care of you... You father taught her lessons to forgive and be stronger... Not gain power and destroy everything in sight. You're still just a brat." He growled as he walked away hoping his words would sink in.

Erebus started to walk to his Library as he made a detour and start to the dungeons where her training room was built. He walked down and noticed her punching a punching bag. "That went well." He commented as he sat on the bench and watched her work out. He noticed the sweat as he felt turned on from her morning work outs.

Dimitri growled at him, "That's interesting coming from YOU." he snuffers at Erebus, "DOn't tell ME about being forgiving when YOU are the one who killed many in a POINTLESS manner." he left the kitchen, heading off to be alone himself.

Kira had set up a punching bag and got kicking and knocking the crap out of it, she was VERY angry and didn't want to put it out on ANYONE except the bag. She had angry problems even since her mother died...and she tried to make sure Dimitri didn't turn out a problem like she was in her early life.....But he was a stubborn guy and she was JUST as much stubborn.

She ignored Erebus, not wanting to talk to anyone at this time, plus she was too focused to really want to talk.

Erebus sighs as he looked at her. He still had a cup of coffee. He sighs, "Well whatever..." he started, "Just be ready in 2 hours... Were going to see the Demon who's giving you and your brother the mission." He said as he started to head up stairs to get ready himself, "Hopefully by than you'll be cooled off." He said. he sighs as he mentally talked to her, 'chill.... I love you' he said telepathically. He didn't say out loud to much since to him it was annoying.

He walked out of her training room as he headed to his own room to get changed and dressed. He shifted to his full demon form as he groaned. 'this is getting annoying.' he told himself as he needed to keep himself busy.

After he was done he headed to his study and got all the paperwork and what not and just waited for the two, 'damn humans...' he thought.

She continued to punch and kick away as he left the room, 'I'll be cooled off ENOUGH.' she said to him. She didn't know how to response to him saying that, she hated how it sounded forced a little from him. She one it would sound gross to him, but she hated how he had a pained tone every time he said something soft.

A couple hours later, Kira came to the bathing room and quickly washed up and went to get dressed in her hunters attire. Dimitri appeared as well in full get up as well, the both of them were staying quiet to each other, still slightly irritated.

Erebus watched the two sibling as he rolled his eyes at their childishness. "lets go." he stated as he opened up a portal tot he Southern region at the door step of them Demon lord.

He knocked on the door as he waited. He saw the door open as he looked and noticed a weak human opening the door. She leaned up and smiled, "Lord Erebus... Good to see you." she stated.

Erebus nodded, "Like wise Faith." he said. He walked in as he motioned for the two to follow, "I'll be sure to go get my master... I can direct you to his study if you like." She said softly.

Erebus nodded, "Thats fine." He said. They wanted to the study as he noticed the two taking it around them. The palace wasn't as big and a bit more different style.

Faith had beautiful silver hair as she looked at the everyone and smiled happily ,"Can I get anyone anything."

Erebus shook his head, but looked at the two, "You guys want anything." He stated.

Faith waiting for them both to reply patiently.

kira and Dimitri both followed Erebus through the portal, Dimitri was a bit more on guard than his sister but she was a little high-strung at this time, but was keeping cool for the meeting.

Kira was a little surprised to see a simple young woman opening the doors, 'That's new.' she thought to herself.

Dimitri decided to remain quiet and just observe for now.

They all entered the palace and were stopped in a place to wait for the Southern lord to call them.

"No thank you." said Kira.

"......No." said Dimitri.

Faith nodded as she went to go get her master.

Minutes later a much larger demon started to enter. He was more on the fat side very little muscle. "Erebus!" he stated happily as he walked over to him and gave the old demon a hug, "Glad you can make it!" Alperer stated.

Erebus nodded as he returned the jester. He motioned for his Mate, "Alperer... My mate Kira Morgan." he stated.

Alperer gasp, "My goodness! A pleasure my dear." He said, "Erebus has said so much about you at the Gala..." He stated.

Erebus cut him off as he knew that if Alperer wasn't kept on chatting they'd be there forever. "Alperer. Forgive me for my rudeness, but we are in a bit of a rush." He stated with a serious look. "Can we discuss the details." He continued.

Alperer gasped, "Oh goodness, yes right away!" he stated as he opened up a chest filled with Diamonds, Rare jewels, and LOTs of Gold as he showed to the hunters. "This is the amount I will pay for this Rogue demon to be executed." He stated as he looked at her, "Now this demon is a half breed... and because of her nature she's very tricky... I'm sure Erebus gave you the details on her." He said as he looked at Erebus.

Erebus shook his head, "The mission will go primarily to my Mate...Who is aware of everything. The brat here is just helping her." He stated.

Alperer nodded, "of course. Now as far as payment... I usually pay upfront half, and when the job is complete the other half..." He looked at Erebus to make sure that was alright.

Erebus nodded, "That will be fine." he looked at Kira, "Do you want this or no?" He asked her making sure that she the mission she was getting was something she could handle.

Kira and Dimitri both looked up in surprise at how BIG this guy was.

"ah..Yes. I hope it was all good?" she lightly joked.

ONCE again their was shocked, "Wow...." said Dimitri he'd NEEVR seen that much gold for a mission...EVER. "I've had a look at the dossier that was given to Erebus and I'm all but happy to take on the mission." said Kira in her business mode, "Well WE are happy to do so." she said including her brother since he would be helping her.

"Half up front is fine. And this BRAT..." she looked at Erebus, "Is my Brother Dimitri, he's JSUT a good a hunter As I am and is my back up."

"I've never turned a mission down that I know I can't handle. We'll do it." she said to Erebus.
